So far so good!

Well I have been at this for just over a month now and still feeling great. I am down 18lbs as of last Friday and looking forward to my next weigh in. I have tried to incorporate more exercise into my routine, it’s a work in progress but yesterday I did do 882 stairs, not bad hey! I am really enjoying the flexibility that weight watches allows with their point system. My amazing husband and kids have all been amazing, they are feeling better as well with the healthier eating. My 11 year old son complains at times that we don’t have junk in the house, but the complaining is getting fewer and fewer as time goes by. Feeling really focused on my life change and looking forward to what the next year brings me.
